Fabricated the flap gap stiffeners and installed the gap fairings on the right and left wing

Aileron bellcrank installed. The brass bushing needed to be reamed to 1/4" so the AN-4 bolt would slide into the bushing

Fabricated the forward and aft torque tube subassemblies. A pushrod end (VA-162) was missing. Vans will be sending one out.

Bellcrank to pushrod fabricated

Torque tube to bellcrank pushrods fabricated and threaded rod end installed. The scotchbrite wheel need to be used on the rod end to allow it to inserted into the pushrod.

Aleron bellcrank installed in the right wing.
