Andair Fuel Valve Installation
Some photos of how I installed my Andair EFS20f7F with 6" extension fuel selector.

My support bracket for the Andair fuel valve uses 0.063" 2924-T3 sheet aluminum and 6061-T6 063X3/4X3/4 Angle.

2006-02-26-fuel-02 The sheet Aluminum will be riveted to the angle, and the angle screwed to the tunnel.

2006-02-26-fuel-07 As the fuel lines enter into the tunnel they bend forward. Not sure if I should use a 90 degree fitting here in lieu of the bend.

2006-02-26-fuel-11 The support attaches with screws. On each side one screw is installed from the inside of the tunnel into the upper nutplate that the plans use for the upper cushioned clamp. The other 2 flush screws are installed from the outside of the tunnel into nutplates that will be installed on the angle.

2006-02-26-fuel-12 The bracket is approx. 3 3/8

The bracket is approx. 3 3/8" below the stock valve location which is approx 2 1/4" below the rudder cables. Hopefully there is enough room to get the scat tube through without interference.

You may want to consider some extra 3/8" tubing. I ran out because of all the rework.
