My support bracket for the Andair fuel valve uses 0.063" 2924-T3 sheet aluminum and 6061-T6 063X3/4X3/4 Angle.
As the fuel lines enter into the tunnel they bend forward. Not sure if I should use a 90 degree fitting here in lieu of the bend.
The lines are held in place by the cushioned clamps using the nut plate already installed. The clamps are rotated from the planes.
The support attaches with screws. On each side one screw is installed from the inside of the tunnel into the upper nutplate that the plans use for the upper cushioned clamp. The other 2 flush screws are installed from the outside of the tunnel into nutplates that will be installed on the angle.
